Conduct a complete end-to-end audit, introduce several new features, and update the legacy UI in relation to the Carbon Design System. and Explorations into a new B2C Mobile progressive web app (PWA).
These efforts helped drive added value by enabing white-labeling solutions for industries such as Healthcare & Pharma, FinTech, Cosmetics, Agriculture, Coffee, and more...
Adding an estimated $22 million in revenue within 3 years.
STEP ONE
Full end-to-end Audit of
the product experience
Conducting an end-to-end audit of a product is crucial for gaining a holistic understanding of the customer experience. It allows the team to step through the entire customer journey and identify friction points, inconsistencies, as well as an opportunity to suggest feature enhancements and improvements in order to align the product more closely with user expectations and business goals.
STEP TWO
Partner with UX Research & Stakeholders
to Identify customer pain points
Partnering with the UX Research team and stakeholders enables the Design team to gain deeper, more accurate insights into customer needs. UX Research brings data-driven perspectives from user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, helping to ground design decisions in real user behavior. Stakeholders provide critical business context, technical constraints, and strategic priorities. Collaborating with both ensures that design solutions are not only user-centered but also aligned with broader company goals.

STEP THREE
Propose a Strategy &
timeline to execute
A phased strategy is a roadmap to execute design updates by breaking the work into manageable, prioritized stages. This approach often begins with identifying high-impact pain points, then creating a roadmap that sequences updates from quick wins to more complex improvements. This ensures steady progress, validates changes through user feedback, and maintains flexibility to adapt

Action & Results
Design > Prototype > Test > Build.

Track & Trace, Documents
and KPI Dashboard
• Track & Trace: In a transparent and secure network, you can gain visibility upstream or downstream, view location or status, and verify credibility or safety.
• Documents: Upload, manage, edit, and share any type of document or certificate along your supply chain. The Documents module helped optimize efficiency for information management, certifying provenance, and ensure authenticity.
• KPI Dashboard: Gain deep insights into supply chain efficiencies, surface inefficiencies and suggest actionable items to correct and re-align with partners.
Progressive Web Application
Consumer Mobile App
The core of IFT is a B2B SaaS offering, and it was identified that there was value in creating a B2C "companion app" for mobile devices to take advantage of IFT at the consumer level.
Allowing consumers to scan products using QR codes to retrieve all of the known data, documents and certificates in real time associated with those products. This gives consumers full trancparency up-and-down into how the products were manufactured, produced, shipped and ultimately landing on the store shelves.
